In 2000, Scott and Gail Hagee converted their country farm house into a Vacation Rental. The main house features three rooms with private baths in a very elegant but casual setting. The house is great for vacationers and honeymooners with its own private deck, Mount Hood view, and vineyard scenery.
OUR ORCHARD & VINEYARDS
In 1979, we settled 40 acres of fertile soil in the Hood River Valley and began developing and growing our very fine pears and apples. We grow and ship eight varieties of organic pears and apples: Bartlett, Red Bartlett, D' Anjou, Red D' Anjou, Bosc and Comice pears; Red Delicious and Golden Delicious apples. We are proud of our Oregon Tilth certification for organic pears and apples.
We also have 18 acres of organic grapes which produce Chardonnay, Organic Pinot Noir, Tempranillo and Zinfandel. We also offer our Organic Pear wine, which is a local favorite.
Our Winery offers daily wine tasting of over 10 wines and we often have special events on the weekends.
Our organic grapes and fruit trees are watered by pure, fresh glacier water, direct from the slopes of Mt. Hood. (No petro chemicals, or any other contaminants!)
Our kitchen also makes the best brown sugar substitute cookies.
